ho555 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and ho555 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the ho555 website and all associated services, including online casino games, sports betting, promotions, and payment facilities. By creating an account or placing any bet, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms in full.

ho555 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts. Any balance held in duplicate accounts at the time of closure may be voided.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your account. You must keep your login credentials, including your mobile number and password, strictly confidential. You must notify ho555 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party.

All financial transactions on ho555 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). ho555 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not apply currency conversion. The minimum deposit amount and minimum withdrawal amount are displayed within the cashier section of your account at the time of transaction.

ho555 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh:

ho555 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are outside ho555's control. Withdrawals are processed subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements and satisfactory KYC verification. ho555 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

ho555 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Bonuses credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn. The following activities are strictly prohibited on ho555. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to participate in games or exploit promotions.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or bonus distributions.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts for any purpose, including to circumvent bonus restrictions or account limitations.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or any other criminal or fraudulent purpose.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or at any subsequent point during your use of ho555.

ho555 employs fraud detection systems and cooperates with payment service providers and relevant authorities to identify and act upon prohibited activities. Any funds associated with identified fraudulent activity may be permanently voided without recourse.

All content on the ho555 platform, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, game software interfaces, and structural design, is the property of ho555 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or otherwise exploit any content from ho555 without prior written authorisation.

Game content (including titles, graphics, and sound) is the intellectual property of the respective game providers (e.g., Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe) and remains subject to their individual licensing terms. ho555 operates these games under valid licence agreements and does not claim ownership over third-party game content.

ho555 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ho555 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. ho555 does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

ho555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amended Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising from your use of ho555 or from these Terms, you are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. ho555 is committed to handling all complaints promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts.
